We charge a setup fee for configuring your system. In addition to our fee, we pass other fees directly to you related to A2P verification, AI token usage, etc.

Ownership

Assets we create for you, belong to you. You are paying for our setup and configuration services only.

Onboarding Process

You do:

#

• Complete this quick form (basic account creation)
• Complete part 2 when we send it (billing, etc)
• Join a short interview so we can train your bot

We do:

#

• Create your account and send your access information
• Setup your SMS/number approval and compliance items
• Test everything end-to-end and launch

Then:

• We meet briefly to review setup and next steps
• We do regular check-ins to review metrics and improvements

Takes about 24 hours depending on when information is received.

Form doesn’t collect billing details; secured login provided separately.

Training process to establish bot knowledge base and voice receptionist setup.
